These terms cover PNGDesign.art by Art Studio Dandelion. My products are digital design files; no physical item is shipped. Contact me about a purchase or these terms.

Individual design purchases

A single design costs US$1.99, paid once in USD. After verified payment, your website account can personalize that design and download its available PNG sizes. This purchase does not have an annual expiry and does not include the rest of the catalogue. Sign in with your purchase email to recover access. Etsy designs and bundles keep their original delivery links.

12 months. One payment.

The launch offer is US$99, reduced from the regular price of US$299, paid once in USD for exactly 12 calendar months from activation. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Checkout shows the final amount before payment.

Access starts when the platform receives Stripe’s verified payment confirmation. Returning from checkout alone does not activate access. Your account shows the activation and expiry dates. At the end of the period, annual editor access and new platform downloads end.

What your year includes

All designs available on the platform and new platform designs added during your active year, with unlimited downloads for ordinary individual human use. I add fresh designs daily or weekly. Historical marketplace listings are included only when they are available in the platform catalogue.

Your account & separate purchases

The optional newsletter gift gives one free credit per verified email account. Confirm your newsletter choice, then spend the credit on any one published design. That design and its available sizes remain accessible for further personalization and downloads, subject to these usage rules and the design remaining available. You cannot exchange the chosen design or reset the credit by signing up again. Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove the gift.

Keep your account for your own use. Account sharing, automated downloading and redistribution are prohibited. Abusive use or a disputed or reversed payment may require review and can suspend access. Contact me if you believe an access restriction is a mistake.

Individual design and bundle purchases keep their independent delivery rights. Retain their original delivery links. Etsy purchases remain subject to the terms shown on Etsy. Find your existing purchases.

Using the files

You can create and sell physical products using downloaded files. This permitted use continues for files obtained during paid access after your year ends. You may not resell, share or redistribute the digital artwork, including modified digital versions, or claim copyright or trademark ownership. See the commercial license for the full usage rules.

Check the editable fields, size and pixel dimensions before downloading. Templates vary. Keep your own backup of downloaded files; permanent online storage, future re-downloads and access to future releases are not promised.

Download problems & refunds

Please contact support about a failed download, duplicate payment or access problem. My digital-file policy does not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
